Common Questions
- My bank statement isn't parsing correctly. Make sure you're uploading a PDF exported directly from your bank's app or website โ scanned images may not parse accurately. Try the original PDF if you have it.
- Where is my data stored? All your financial data is stored privately on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to any cloud service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- I forgot my PIN. Go to Settings โ Privacy โ Reset PIN. You'll need to re-authenticate with Face ID / Touch ID to reset it.
- How do I delete all my data? Settings โ Data โ Delete All Data. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
- The receipt OCR isn't working. Receipt parsing requires an active internet connection and a clear, well-lit photo. Make sure the amount and merchant name are visible in the image.
- Can I export my transactions? Yes โ Settings โ Data โ Export CSV. This exports all transactions to a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Numbers.
